The taste is phenomenal both as latte or mixed in with water as usucha- I mix it with Minor Figures barista milk for a latte and have it straight with water. They both taste amazing. The taste is floral and very smooth and no bitter after taste. Highly recommend if you love a rich tasting an smooth matcha
