Our Founders
A father-daughter duo opened a coffee shop and realized that matcha was actually their true passion. When trying to source matcha for our store, we were disappointed by the variety and quality that was available on the market. So we took a transformative journey through the most renowned tea farms in the world in Uji, Japan, to find the most exceptional matcha for ourselves.
Our shop became known as "the best matcha in Atlanta." We realized we had to share our passion nationwide, so we ditched the shop and Wave 3 Matcha was born.

Our matcha is shaded for 20–30 days before harvest, then delicately stone-ground to preserve its nutrients, flavor, and vibrant green hue. From harvest to first sip, we are committed to the highest standards in quality and freshness—so every cup is a moment of pure indulgence, exactly as it should be.
