General Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us at wave3matcha@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once our team assesses the return, we will contact you to let you know our decision. If your item qualifies for a return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit or facilitate an exchange.
Due to food safety, we are unable to accept any returns on tea or other food items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
My Order Arrived Damaged
If your product arrived damaged or defective please contact us at wave3matcha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the damage. Once our team assesses the damage, we will contact you to let you know our decision or request more information. If your item qualifies, we will either issue a refund or store credit.
My Order is Wrong
We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy. If your order arrived incorrect compared to your order receipt, please contact us at wave3matcha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm the proof of purchase, we will email you a return shipping label if necessary. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly ship out the correct item according to your original order free of charge.
*The term “defective” is to be confirmed by Wave 3, and is defined as:
Food item: unfit for safe consumption, due to its age, contamination, or packaging damages. All teas should arrive sealed to protect the quality and safety of your tea. If the seal is broken, the tea is not safe for consumption.
Non-food item: unfit for use, due to any visible damages, including breaks, tears, or contamination of any sort.
