Our Shoko matcha is carefully grown in the shade for 20 to 30 days before harvest by the way of "Tana", which helps develop is beautiful green hue.
This matcha is slightly nutty in profile and less bitter than most. It is perfect for those looking for a versatile, high quality treat that can be paired with or without sweetener.

I had been buying 30g matcha tins from a local coffee shop, but this Shoko is the same quality as what I used to buy with an incredible taste and better price, so I've switched over. I make my matcha without sweetener and find this to be smooth and not too bitter. I'm loyal to Wave 3 now!
The taste is earthy and rich but not overpowering. I only need one tsp because when I took two it kept me up at night. Although I am no matcha expert, I just love a good homemade iced matcha latte. This stuff did not disappoint
